Animation Showreel

When I discovered animation, a part of my brain snapped. It said, 'There, Mati, you've found it'.

Nothing gives me more satisfaction than seeing my imagination translated into a minimalist movement. Anything is possible with animation. Space can constantly change. Time too.  Animation is what combines my means for storytelling: stop motion, video, light, sound, text, and illustration.

In the end, we humans have always told stories to each other - there are those who prefer to listen and those who talk. Some stories can be dangerous, others are heard too rarely. However, it is the stories, the living and the lost ones, that have written the world, and this fascinates me.
